WHO WE ARE - TODD MCQUESTON

With experience in every phase of the product and service life cycle, Todd helps clients cross the bridge from vision to strategy to execution. He is able to help clients become "unstuck" in their quest for greater profitability by applying his distinctive ability to be both creative and analytical, a gift from his artistic mom and engineering dad. Todd has rolled out over $200 million in products and services, directed programs that quadrupled leads generated and contracts won, and re-energized company and products with customer-centric messaging. Not surprisingly, he is Six Sigma Certified.

Building on his extensive experience at Siemens Medical, Todd brings healthcare experience through his work in HIS, technology equipment, services, outsourcing and pharmaceutical vendor companies. He has developed business and marketing plans and implemented programs for clients that scope the entire value chain from vendor to provider to patient. Todd's expertise includes market segmentation, brand messaging, demand creation, funnel development, knowledge extraction, and ideation.

Todd graduated with a BA in English and Business Administration from the University of Delaware. When not mastering Keates and Keynes, he was a varsity swimmer and lead tutor for the Dyslexic Program. Today he lives in beautiful Chester County, PA, with his wife and three children.
